Steven Applebaum, DO, Joins Roxborough Memorial Hospital’s Urgent Care
Philadelphia, PA (June 1, 2023) – Steven Applebaum, DO., a board-certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of family medicine experience, has joined Roxborough Memorial Hospital’s Urgent Care.
Before joining Roxborough Memorial Hospital, Dr. Applebaum served as the president of Appletree Medicine, P.C., Ambler, PA. He is a faculty mentor for Family Medicine CRNP Students at Widener University, Widener, PA, and has written multiple publications.
“I have been providing medical care to the Philadelphia community for over two decades and am proud to join such a well-established hospital as Roxborough Memorial and provide medical care in an urgent care setting,” said Dr. Applebaum of Roxborough Memorial Hospital’s Urgent Care.
Dr. Applebaum earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Chester University in PA and has extensive master’s level training in experimental psychology from Villanova University in PA and in business administration from Penn State University. He received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, PA, an osteopathic Internship at Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia, and residencies at Montgomery Family Practice in Norristown and Bryn Mawr Family Practice in PA.
