Roxborough Memorial Hospital Welcomes Noi Walkenstein, DO
Philadelphia, PA (July 11, 2024) – Noi Walkenstein, DO, a board-certified internal medicine physician, has joined Roxborough Memorial Hospital’s Family Medicine Practice.
Prior to joining Roxborough Memorial Hospital, she worked at AFC Urgent Care in Philadelphia, where she diagnosed and treated a variety of medical conditions, evaluated and treated workmen compensation cases, performed physicals for schools and corporations and pre-employment physicals.
Dr. Noi Walkenstein expressed enthusiasm about joining Primary Care of Roxborough at Roxborough Memorial Hospital, emphasizing the importance of offering top-notch, individualized primary care to the community.
“Having a primary care physician is crucial,” she stated. “We play a key role in maintaining patients’ well-being, reducing medical expenses, providing treatment during illnesses, and facilitating access to specialized care when necessary. I am eager to contribute to the community’s health and well-being.”
She received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an internal medicine residency at Abington Memorial Hospital in PA.
