New Grade for Spring 2025 is a National Recognition for Commitment to Patient Safety
Philadelphia, PA (May 21, 2025) – Roxborough Memorial Hospital, a proud member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is thrilled to announce that it has earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, an esteemed independent national nonprofit watchdog focused solely on patient safety. This significant recognition is based on over 30 measures of errors, accidents, injuries, and infections, as well as the systems hospitals implement to safeguard patients.
Roxborough Memorial Hospital has consistently demonstrated its commitment to excellence, achieving the Leapfrog Safety Grade “A” for multiple years, including 2018, 2019, 2021, 2023, and 2024.
