He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Biomedical Research from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also earned his medical degree. Dr. Minni completed his residency in family medicine at Jefferson Health Northeast.
He has published extensively, including four recognitions in the Proceedings of the 24th American Peptide Symposium, and is affiliated with the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Academy of Family Physicians.
