Dr. Fusco is board-certified in Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. She completed medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014 and her Family Medicine residency here at Suburban Community Hospital, in affiliation with PCOM, in 2017. She further honed her expertise by completing a fellowship in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine in 2018 at PCOM within the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. Dr. Fusco subsequently served as the Osteopathic Clinical Skills OMM2 course director and attending physician at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine before returning to the Philadelphia area to rejoin her originating organizations, Suburban Community Hospital and PCOM.
Dr. Owings is board-certified in Family Medicine. She completed medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008 and her Family Medicine residency here at Suburban Community Hospital, in affiliation with PCOM, in 2011. After completing residency, she dedicated her time to working with Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers in Pennsylvania and has been actively involved in various international medical volunteer projects. Dr. Owings returned to Suburban Family Medicine in 2024, bringing with her a deep dedication to caring for medically underserved patients and a strong commitment to increasing equitable access to care.
Dr. Kudes is board-certified in Pediatrics. She completed medical school at Temple University School of Medicine and her residency at Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong, where she also served as a chief resident. During her residency program, she undertook specialized training in community health and child advocacy. Dr. Kudes is committed to caring for underserved children and has a special interest in developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
Dr. Cardasis boasts a distinguished 40-year career in primary care, serving in a diverse array of roles including Associate Professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Indian Health Service, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Community Health, and Private Practice. He is a 1983 graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds degrees in Biology from Emory University and Physiology from Georgetown University. His professional interests are deeply rooted in wellness, lifestyle medicine, and identifying the root causes of health conditions.
