"Invest something of what lies within you to improve your life and the world around you".

In less than two years, the Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing can help you attain your goal of becoming a registered nurse. The main objective of our innovative curriculum is to educate knowledgeable, professional graduates who are prepared to take their place in the collaborative, interdisciplinary healthcare environment. Students start their clinical experience in the first nursing course and receive extensive hands-on learning. The overall outstanding pass rate for the history of the school is approximately 90 percent. Our student-to-faculty ratio enables our students to receive individualized attention and support to help them achieve excellence in nursing practice. The faculty encourages and recognizes continuing education by offering advanced placement for licensed practical nurses.  An articulated program has been established between our School of Nursing and Jefferson School of Nursing of Thomas Jefferson University to facilitate transfer of our students.  This program provdes a mechanism to earn a diploma in nursing and the Bachelor of Science Degree ("RN-BSN") in a seamless, integrated curriculum.
